So fun oh my gosh I love that place

This place is amazing. We all love the coaster and tube ride. We always make sure to come here when in town. Ally (bar manager) is always so nice and welcoming. Timmy (manager) is very kind. Both are amazing and why we will continue to make this a place to stop!!!!!

Super fun fairly inexpensive experience for the kids. I had my three year-old in my lap and she loved it. I was able to control the speed so if she said we were going too fast, I could slow down.

The alpine coaster was a BLAST. $20 is a little much but Im happy to pay it. HOWEVER... the snow tubing was pretty awful. $45 to go up and down a hill a few times before it gets boring. The staff was essentially the fun police, yelling at us for every little thing even though NONE of the things they yelled at us for had signs posted telling us not to do it. For example, walking up to the lift is extremely slippery snow and ice and it goes downhill, so instead of walking and risking slipping, we just rode our tubes. Apparently thats against the rules, you HAVE to walk downhill on the slippery ice even though theres no signs posted telling us otherwise. Similarly, when I got on the lift with my 4 year old son, I was just pulling my son in the tube because hes shaky on his feet getting on the uphill moving walkway. We had gone up at least 3 or 4 times doing that with no one telling us we couldnt. Then one lady yelled at us on our 5th time up and told me my son had to get out of the tube and stand. Again, no signs that say we cant do that. Also at the top before you actually go down the hill, the staff is so flustered. One guy was ignoring all of us while he was talking on his cell phone trying to order something. So we took it upon ourselves to figure out when it was okay to go down. Then eventually the guy got off his phone and yelled at us for going down the wrong slope with 3 people. Again, none of the slopes have instructions on who can go down what one. Its chaotic and theres no organization. FINALLY, the worst part is on the way out, the entire walkway was covered in thick ice and of course it was downhill. I was wearing boots with plenty of traction, but I still fell. I fell so hard that my butt cracked the ice I landed on. Im a small person so I had to really land with a lot of force. Im in a lot of physical discomfort now from that fall. I know I signed a waiver, but making everyone walk in and out on a hill covered in thick ice just feels like reckless endangerment. Also the restaurant is super expensive, so we went somewhere else for lunch. I would go on the coaster again, but I will never do the tubing again. MAYBE I would reconsider it if the price was slashed in half, but thatll never happen.

It was well-organized. Plenty of parking. We went on a Wednesday, there was little to No wait time. Very safe. All ages from 10- 40 liked it & had to get our own coaster by height requirements. Coasters were easy to operate. Speed was controlable. The coaster ride lasted about 3-5 minutes total, maybe. Fun & unique but too short. Overpriced in my opinion. $20/person. They should give 2 rides for the price, reduce ticket costs, or have family pricing. There is a go-pro camera on each individual coaster. After your ride they offer a video of your ride to preview with option to purchase for $15. Drove the extra 40 min round trip from Flagstaff on top of our travel route to try the coaster specifically and left a quite underwhelmed, so we went & saw bearizona as well. Bearizona made it worth it.

This place is pretty cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful. They have a really nice cafeteria and a big area to eat, relax, and enjoy. The reason I am giving this 4 stars is because I believe the price to be a little bit steep. The coaster is fun. You can sit single or double on it. The tubing was amazing. For the tubing they have snow making machines that should make this winter pretty enjoyable and fun. I would recommend this place. I just wish it was a bit more reasonable on price.

Fun mountain coaster with beautiful views of the town from the top. Rode it twice when we were in town for the Grand Canyon Railroad. If you love coasters, its a must! Obviously not a major thrill ride since its just a coaster that goes down the mountain, but it gets some pretty good speed and theres some good twists and turns. You can buy video and pictures of your ride after you get off.

I have not ever been on this type of coaster in my life after going to multiple theme parks. This is highly recommended. It is beautiful, serene and exciting all at the same time. Especially with some snow on the mountain.

Prices per ride are expensive, it is $20 per single ride on the coaster. The lines get big quickly, we spent over and hour in line for a ride that lasted less than five minutes. The summer tubing was fun, again it was a quick ride but it was a thrill to do. The parking lot much like the lines fills up quickly so youll likely need to park somewhere in town & walk over. Wed be more likely to return if the prices were better, but between the prices and it being overcrowded I am unsure if we would return again. The staff we had interactions with were friendly & the bathrooms were clean which is always nice.
